We are proud of offering a wide range of accessible services and programs to our community.You don’t need experience in local government for this role – we’re looking for transferrable skills and a great attitude.Now’s a great time to be part of PAE.About the RoleAs our Activation & Events Coordinator, you’ll step into a creative producer role, leading the planning, programming and delivery of complex events and projects from start to finish.You will:Design and deliver engaging, high-impact events and activations.Lead end-to-end event planning (site, risk, production, logistics & delivery).Develop innovative programming and audience experiences.Support and grow community-led events and initiatives.Build strong partnerships across arts, business and industry networks.Contribute to a year-round events calendar that brings the City to life.About You We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who is genuinely customer-focused and passionate about making a meaningful impact in our community. You’ll be curious and adaptable, with a holistic, ‘big-picture’ perspective, think creatively, and bring fresh ideas while balancing strong analytical skills and lateral thinking to deliver creative, practical and solutions-focused outcomes.You’re highly organised and agile, you thrive in moving environments, balancing competing priorities while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders through excellent communication and influencing skills.
