You’ll help deliver accessible, inclusive and responsive services that support literacy, learning, digital confidence and community wellbeing.Create positive, welcoming and inclusive experiences for library customers across the City of PAE.Support customers to access information, resources, programs, technology and lifelong learning opportunities.Contribute to library programs, outreach activities, community spaces, room bookings and Home Library Service delivery.Help keep our library spaces safe, accessible and well-presented for customers, programs, events and displays.About YouYou’ll be a calm, capable and customer-focused person who communicates clearly, listens actively and brings patience, empathy and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll be confident using digital technology and supporting others to build their skills. A Diploma or Certificate in Library Studies and Information Services, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
