About the Role
This is a hands‑on technical leadership role reporting to the IT Service Delivery Lead, where you’ll design, manage and optimise council’s cloud, hybrid and on‑prem infrastructure while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. You’re a confident infrastructure professional who enjoys rolling up your sleeves while also providing technical leadership. You’re naturally curious and proactive, communicate clearly with people from all backgrounds, and can explain technical ideas in a way that just makes sense. You stay calm and organised when things move quickly, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering great support to users with different levels of technical confidence.

This is a Level 6 position which has a current salary of $112,395 per annum (plus Super).
