In this role, they lead engagement initiatives, develop meaningful programs, foster strong partnerships, and facilitate activities that promote health and connection across diverse communities.Key responsibilities of the position include:Lead and embed the Lefevre Wellbeing Hub program in partnership with Preventive Health SA, ensuring alignment with broader health and wellbeing strategies.Lead and deliver programs, events, and wellbeing initiatives that align with the Centre’s vision and improve community social, physical, and mental wellbeing.Oversee operations and maintenance of Lefevre community facilities to ensure they are accessible, safe, and welcoming.Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with community stakeholders, facility users, and health agencies to support shared goals.Supervise and support the Lefevre Community and Sports Centre program team, including volunteers and the Active Living Officer.The successful applicant will have:A relevant tertiary qualification or comparable experience in community sport and recreation or a related field is essential.  Working with Children Check Clearance is essential.
