For you, this means meaningful work that supports the Director Community Development and contributes to positive outcomes for the Port Adelaide Enfield community. You will play an important role in coordinating the Director’s office, supporting governance and reporting requirements, and keeping teams, stakeholders and community priorities connected in a professional and customer-focused way.

This role suits someone who is highly organised, confident working with senior leaders and stakeholders, and able to use initiative, discretion and strong communication skills to support effective decision-making and positive community outcomes.
About You
You’re a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment. With strong judgement, discretion and an understanding of stakeholder expectations, you confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
You are an excellent communicator who can prepare clear, accurate and professional correspondence, reports and briefing materials, while building productive relationships with people at all levels. Comfortable using technology to improve efficiency, you bring strong digital capability, attention to detail and a collaborative approach that helps you navigate complex environments and deliver exceptional coordination and support.
