We are proud of offering a wide range of accessible services and programs to our community.You don’t need experience in local government for this role – we’re looking for transferrable skills and a great attitude.Now’s a great time to be part of PAE.About the RoleAs a trusted and strategic partner, you’ll work alongside leaders to strengthen capability, support decision-making and deliver contemporary people solutions that align with organisational priorities.You’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing long-term workforce planning with day-to-day change management and advisory support.You will:Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across HR, IR, employee relations and workforce planning.Provide expert guidance on complex matters – performance, conduct, investigations and change management.Partner with leaders to design effective team structures and workforce strategies.Drive and contribute to people initiatives, projects and organisational change.Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve workforce outcomes.Coach and empower leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement across HR frameworks.About You You’re a trusted partner leaders rely on, an authentic and relationship-focused HR professional who influences and coaches others to build capability. You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, emotional intelligence and sound judgement, and thrive in dynamic environments where agility and adaptability are key, confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.You’ll bring:Experience in industrial relations with the ability to demonstrate deep understanding of industrial processes and instrumentsA supportive approach focussed on enabling management decision makingAn ability to work in the grey and solve problems A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Law, Business, Human Resources or related field.We offer excellent opportunities for career progression, supported by both formal training and informal professional development.
