Annual Salary Package – $206k (inclusive of Superannuation) with Motor Vehicle Option

We are looking for a Manager who will lead the Yitpi Yartapuultiku’s future - shaping it as a vibrant community place and a respected cultural destination. Working alongside Custodians, the local First Nations communities, Council’s Aboriginal Advisory Panel, Elected Members and Executive leaders, you will drive activation, governance and long‑term sustainability in culturally safe, Country‑centred ways.
About you
You are an experienced senior leader with strong community relationships and sound commercial judgement. You’ve successfully led culturally based or community‑focused organisations, turning vision into strategy and sustainable outcomes. You build capable teams, manage complex facilities and budgets, and create places people feel welcome. With cultural competence and respect for First Nations governance, you lead with integrity, self‑determination, and support of others to deliver lasting community impact. Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
