You’ve successfully led culturally based or community‑focused organisations, turning vision into strategy and sustainable outcomes. You build capable teams, manage complex facilities and budgets, and create places people feel welcome. With cultural competence and respect for First Nations governance, you lead with integrity, self‑determination, and support of others to deliver lasting community impact.
