You can take complex work from design through to endorsement, reporting and review, rather than completing only one part of the process. You're an excellent written and verbal storyteller who can adjust to any audience, including senior leaders, elected members and the community. You use sound judgement, initiative and drive to solve problems, negotiate outcomes and improve how work is done. Most importantly, you're collaborative, adaptable and passionate about delivering positive outcomes for both the organisation and the PAE community.We'd love to see:Tertiary qualifications in strategy, public policy, research, project management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Strong experience leading the end-to-end development and delivery of strategies, plans or performance frameworks in local government, the public sector, consulting or a similarly complex organisation.A strong record of clear writing, confident presentations and gaining alignment across groups with different needs.Understanding of governance, legislative requirements and strategic planning frameworks.Experience improving processes in a complex organisation to support learning. More information can be found in the Position Description located below.At PAE, our values guide us to work together, strive for improvement, and make a positive impact in our community.
