About the Role
This is not a desk job. Every shift is different, from welcoming sporting teams and community groups, to supporting events, programs and functions that bring our stadiums to life.
As a Venue Support Officer, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by:
You’ll work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, and may work at both The Lights and Lefevre centres. At Lefevre, this may also include canteen operations, such as making coffee and handling cash.

You’re people‑focused, approachable and adaptable. You take pride in being helpful and calm under pressure, and you enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced, lively environment.

This is a Level 2 position which has a current salary of $77,268 per annum (plus Super).
