You’ll help embed safer work practices into day‑to‑day operations across a large, diverse organisation, from offices to operational environments.You will:Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement practical safety solutionsCoach managers and teams to build confidence in hazard identification and risk managementSupport and coordinate workplace incident investigations (and getting to the real root causes)Facilitate risk assessments, audits and targeted WHS improvement initiativesHelp teams navigate WHS legislation in a way that actually makes senseUse the WHS systems and data to drive continuous improvementSupport wellbeing initiatives that help our people stay healthy, engaged and resilientAbout You You’re an experienced WHS professional who enjoys influencing, partnering and problem‑solving. You know how to build trust, ask the right questions and help people do the right thing, not because they have to, but because they understand why it matters.You’ll have a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent), and/or 3–5 years relevant experience in a WHS Partner or advisory role within a complex organisation.
