Audit & Risk Committee Membership – Independent Members (2-year term) The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE) is a welcoming, liveable City: made by people.  PAE acknowledges that we are on the traditional country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains.  Their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land are of continuing importance today.PAE is committed to strengthening its financial, governance and audit processes through its Audit and Risk Committee. The role of an Audit and Risk Committee Member is to report to Council and provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relevant to its Terms of Reference that inform the long-term direction of PAE.  The Committee consists of 3 Independent Members and 2 Elected Councillors and typically meets 4 times per year.We are proud to serve our Community and are seeking expressions of interest from people who want to be part of supporting PAE achieve its potential. In selecting the independent members Council will seek to achieve a mix of the above skills.
