If you have a passion for people and a love for libraries, this may be the job for you.Key responsibilities of the position include:Deliver exceptional customer experiences to library users across the City of PAEProactively assist customers with information enquiries and enable use of library resources, equipment, programs and Council servicesUnder the guidance of Branch Leadership, maintain collections in accordance with Collection Development Standards and GuidelinesSupport customers of community spaces at the Libraries, including room preparation, technology support and room bookingsSupport and participate in City of PAE Libraries Outreach activity, including Home Library Service deliveryDeliver readers’ advisory and technology troubleshooting for customersWill be required to work out of hours, evenings and weekends to support the operational requirements of the library.
