The Aboriginal Cultural Centre is envisaged as a community place providing a range of activities and opportunities for both First Nations and non-First Nations people. It will be an authentic place to be immersed in local culture and pivotal investment in our community’s wellbeing. The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience working with First Nations people and communities to deliver a range of culturally-directed programs and services
  • A tertiary qualification in social sciences, community development or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Candidates must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
